Plan A – Your Right to Receive the Full Course

When you enroll under DTI’s Plan A, you will receive the school’s initial five lessons, access to the multimedia training center, and other school materials. After receiving the first five lessons, please review them thoroughly, and do the following:

Make sure that they are what you expected. Determine whether or not you will be able to do the work that is required of you.

You can then choose to do one of the following:

Keep receiving the lessons in incremental study units, which DTI recommends. If you choose to do this, you will be fully protected by DTI’s Liberal Cancellation and Refund Policy. Or, request in writing that all of the lessons and materials be sent to you. If you choose this second option, DTI will provide all educational materials and services agreed to and paid for, but you will no longer be eligible for a refund once all the materials are sent to you. This standard policy protects DTI against a student ordering the entire course, photocopying it, and then returning it for a full refund.
